UPDAA bags the PDA Presidental Award!

UPDAA... Isang pagsaludo sa inyong makabayan at makataong pagtulong sa panahon ng Pandemya... Mabuhay po kayo.

        The  President, Dr. Steve Almonte, of the Philippine Dental Association year 2019-2020 awarded the Presidential Award last December 10, 2020 to the UP Dental Alumni Association (UPDAA).  It was awarded during the Gawad PDA Awards, Surviving 2020 with Excellence,  through live video via Zoom.   This was the first award received by the UPDAA from PDA since inception 1940.   Sagip Contra Covid and UNILAB were also recipients of this award. 
    
        This award was in recognition of the UPDAA's project UP DENTISTA PARA SA BAYAN  launched during the start of the pandemic.  The project started from March 22, 2020 until May 15, 2020.   It was a community service program of free online consultation portal using the Facebook Group Page as a communication platform.
